How to deactivate vendors in Oracle EBS version 11.5.10.2

Hi Gurus,

Can please someone help in providing the custom scripts(API) available to deactivate the vendors in EBS 11.5.10.2. As checked no API available in oracle 11i and also advised my oracle support (SR 3-15355196351 : To inactivate vendors in 11i) there is no standard script available to deactivate vendors in 11i version. We have bulk list of vendors around 7.5k to be inactivated in the system.

Your kind help is very much appreciated if you can share with any custom scripts ready available.
