Will RAC (RAC is replication utility for database cluster) license can be carry forward

Current scenario :

Database on RAC.

RAC has separate license

Oracle 11GR2 enterprise edition has separate license.

New scenario:

Going for Upgrade from JDE apps 9.0 to JDE apps 9.2

Going to be new RAC and new oracle database 12C enterprise edition.

So now query is:

Will current RAC license work with new RAC or do we need to buy new license.

Will oracle 11g r2 enterprise edition work with Oracle 12c or do we need to buy new license.
