Dear Support,

we are running OEM 12c Rel 5 on windows 2008 r2 server to manage oracle 11.2.0.3, 11.2.0.4, and 12c databases on windows servers.

we have many standby databases and are using DG Broker via oem to manage these.

we repeatly get below email from oem about different standby databases only to find out all is fine with the db.  anyone know why we get these false alerts and how to stop this from happening?

Host=USJC-QSGP-DB14.fsg-gxp.local

Message=The Data Guard status of prd23003 is Error ORA-16810: multiple errors or warnings detected for the database.
