Benefit Eligibility

We have set up our Eligibility to begin the 1st of the month that an employees 90th day falls in (90th day=8/15, Benefits are effective 8/1), but we also want the premium deduction to be withheld based on the check date instead of the pay period date. 

For example we enroll someone in Enrollment with Eligibility using an effective date of 7/16/17 (beginning of the pay period), the Date Eligible shows 8/1/17 with an Enr Status of FUT (the pay period end date is 7/29/17).  If I run the payroll it does not deduct the premium for the 7/29/17 pay period end even though the check date is 8/4/17.
