What does Premier Support and Sustaining Support offer for 11.2.0.3

Oracle has made it clear since Aug. 2015 there are no more bug fixes, program updates, CPUs and such for 11.2.0.3 DB ( enterprise version) Our support level says Premier Support. I want to know what that covers since we don't get any of these features

We're basically on sustaining support.. correct?
