error: Why the field "shift to" content disappears? f4211.

Hi,

end user face issue  today recently when work with purchase, user work and  complete all field but after press tab the field content "shift to" turn in blank, disappears!!!!

this is intermitent and happend all usera and with field only "Shift to",all content disappears

also happend with field #Desvio envio"

error and log  attached
