Upgrade for 11.2.0.4 (Oracle Database)

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade our environment with patch 4 of the Oracle 11gR2 release.

We have installed Oracle Enterprise Database version 11.2.0.2 in our environment. We use Oracle Grid Infrastructure, Oracle RAC (with 2 nodes) and RMAN.

We would like you to help us list the prerequisites and dependencies to apply patchset 11.2.0.4 and update the databases.

- Basic information on the environment

Operational System: Suse Linux Enterprise 10 SP3

Version of Oracle binaries and database: 11.2.0.2
