Query Currently Open Project Similar to using FND_GLOBAL.USER_ID

Does anyone know how I can query the ID of the project that is open in an OAF page in the current session? This is similar to querying the user_id in the current session using FND_GLOBAL, but I need to query the ID of the currently open project.

I need to pass the Project ID to a UDA function.

I appreciate your help.
