I am using apps.hr_assignment_api.update_us_emp_asg API to update assignment record of Employees. For few employees I get the mentioned error message. Not sure  what it is referring to

Error updating ddf: Jahn, Eden.  SQLCODE:SQLMSG:ORA-20001: HR_500161_ASG_INV_SOB_DCC Time:25-JUL-2017 13:17:36
