No matching buffer Value found.

Dear Friends,

I am getting an error (picture attached named Buffer) on one screen. We pushed data from AWS Service in PeopleSoft. Navigation: Student Admissions>Application Transaction Mgmt>Application Transactions, then data is posted then it will reflect on Maintain Application Screen.

Problem is that there is a table on Application Transaction screen named EXT_ACAD_SUBJ in this table there is a malicious value came i.e.'0' in EXT_ORG_ID field (picture attached named abc) for only first subject and for rest of the Subjects EXT_ORG_ID is fine. Because of '0' value in only one subject I got error "No matching buffer value found" on this screen, Navigation: Student Admissions>Application Entry>Academic Information>Education.
