Getting error when clicking on Territory hyperlink in Territory Administration Page

Hello,
We recently applied RPC5 patch as mentioned in note below.
Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 5 ( RPC5 ) (Doc ID 2152266.1)
As part of our testing encountered an issue when clicking on Territory hyperlink in Territory Manager. Attached document with navigation path and error we are getting. Below is the error details we are getting.
JBO-26022: Could not find and load the custom class oracle.apps.jtf.territory.manageTerritory.server.TerritoryDetailsMatchingCriteriaVORowImpl
Checking metalink notes with above error message Found note Cannot Open Territory, Receive Error: "JBO-26022: Could not find and load the custom
class" (Doc ID 2018983.1).
