Ora-00700 due to Heavy Swapping

I have configured hugepages suggested in alert.log but found 0ra-00700 due to heavy swapping. I have database server 12c 12.1 on vm machine with 64GB RAM and 16core CPU. i have configured 36GB SGA and 8GB PGA.
