Discovery of ilom asset fails with Unable to discover authoritative engine ID

I am running Ops Center 12.3.2.0.0 (b1113) on solaris 11 and I am having trouble discovering assets.  I am not sure if it is related or not but my problems started when the OC server was shifted and the IP address changed, the co-located proxy still had the old address configured and was marked as down.  After trying a few things without luck I used the BUI to remove the proxy and added it back.  It then came online but most of the assets I had configured disappeared.  As I say, these events may be coincidental with my current issue
