Assistance in removing Dropped students from Posted Grade Roster.
Grade Roster generation process ran for a number of 2175 Sessions too early, prior to the end Drop / Add period.Students who dropped the class AFTER the Grade Rosters were created remained on the Grade Roster. Approximately 80 students received a grade for a class(es) for which they DROP the class during the Drop/Add period. These students should NOT have appeared on the Grade Roster and need to be removed. Users' could not update a Grade Roster once it is posted.
Please advice how we can delete the impacted students from Grade Roster. Removing the students from Grade roster is Mandatory for Audit perspective.
