UCM Automatic Update Cycle not running as per cycle
In our UCM environment, we've noticed the Automatic Update Cycle (AUC) behaving inconsistently.
The task is not running at the default time interval of 5 mins. It sometimes runs every other minute or sometimes doesn't run for an hour. This happens even when the documents keep checking in.
This is causing a problem where business are unable to view the documents checked in.
Turning on trace didn't give any helpful information. I've also tried deleting the "update" directory and re-starting the UCM managed server but this didn't help either.
