Profile AME: Installed can be set at Responsibility Level?

Dear Community,

We are in R12 (12.2.6, and at the profile Option definition setup for "AME:Installed" profile, if we modify the Hierarchy Type Accees Level and click the flag Responsibility to be Visible and Updatable, then can it be used at responsabilitiy level?

The idea is to enable or disable AME workflow for Internet Expenses at responsibility level.
