Information needed on CA Utility error

Is anyone facing issues running reports with large volume of data. I am getting a CA utility error while running my custom report in 12.2.6 Instance, Please help me if you know any more information on this. Looks like this is related to BUG 6327081, In the solutions given for: R12 General Ledger Journal Entry Report (JGZZGLJRN) Errors With: REP-0069, REP-57054, REP-271504897 and REP-0002 For Large Volume Report (Doc ID 1070234.1) looks like upgrading to reports 10.1.2.3. will resolve the issue, but in my case i am still facing it.

Solution:

ATG Reports Development is not able to provide the one-off patch of 6327081 for 10.1.2.0.2.
