Regarding applying patch in BI Publisher for BIP Report Is Not Rendering If Single Quote Char (') Ca

Hi All,

Request you to please confirm we have to take old patch or new one as a pre requisite patch.

Steps :

1. We were not able to fetch data of lov's with single ' quotes.

2. We tried to apply p19000814_11117141014_Generic.zip.

3. While deploying this patch we got below mentioned error.

4.We tried to download missed patch from

https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=515276339717573&id=1935290.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-…

5. There is a question from our DBA's to  do we need to go with new patch or old one will work.
