Not able to perform OMW actions on a Development client for few objects

Hello Everyone,

Have installed a Development client in which facing an issue with GET, Check out and Check in for reports, Versions, Applications.

Tables we can perform GET.

This Fat client is of 9.2.0.3 TR, with Weblogic 12c used for local web client.

Error: General Error in Method GET

Logs as below
