Error while applying Oracle Critical Patch Update for July 2017 on Xstore Build

Hi All,

I was trying to apply CPU (Critical Patch Update) provided by oracle in month of July. I had downloaded the Patch 26445391: CPU 2017 July for Xstore Version  6.5 and followed instructions to apply that patch on Xstore build 6.5.11.10.

After applying the patch application is unable to connect to database and throws below error

FATAL          2017-07-28 12:14:38,796   An exception occurred while creating dtv.data2.access.impl.jdbc.JDBCDataSourceMgr.

Cause: Io exception: Unknown Encryption or Data Integrity algorithm :: dtv.data2.access.impl.jdbc.DtvPreparedStatement.onAcquireFail(DtvPreparedStatement.java:135)

Is there any additional steps which I will have to follow? Are there any additional Jar files which we will have to include as well ?
