What is the AME Setup for Education and Qualification in employee self service???

Hello Everyone,

When employee trying to update the qualification from employee self service (Employee Self Service -> Professional details -> Education and Qualification) it's not routing for any approval, when i read some articles in support i should change the HR_APPROVAL_REQUIRED_FLAG to yes for HR_QUALIFICATION_JSP_PRC process in workflow builder, when i am trying to change that in workflow builder that is restricted process, i can't edit that, so what is the solution for this, how to setup approvals for Education and qualification process in employee self service.
