MOS slow since last 10 days

Hi Team, MOS is slow since from last 10 days and it is so hard to relogin or to display the webpage. Many time needs to relogin or refresh the browser.

We have team working in both UK and India and using IE11+ and Chrome 59+ .

This really affects our productivity.
