Highlight Required Fields

I"m looking to highlight required fields for the Panorama theme in Siebel CRM version 81.11. When I attempt to highlight required fields, other non-required fields become highlighted as well and I believe it's because they share the same class. Can anyone assist on how I can just make the required fields highlighted with background-color #89e3f9.  Thanks in advance!
