Outbound Batch remains “Submitted” status

hi MOSC,

We are testing AGIS, the Outbound Batch remains “Submitted” status and the Inbound Batch is already Approved status, at the Workflow we can see all Steps Completed. Release 12.2.5

can you please help what am I missing? see attached file = Status19_O_I.docx
