IP2016 LOCAL_XE Initialization Failing with ORA-01754: a table may contain only one column of type L

We have upgraded our environment from iP2013 to IP 2016. Database is MSSQL.

We are getting the below error when we try to initialize the Local_XE.

IP2016 LOCAL_XE Initialization Failing with ORA-01754: a table may contain only one column of type LONG

I got the below Doc ID 2231319.1 as Product Bug and Workaround Solution they have mentioned.

But I am not able to understand the Workaround Solution. Please let me know any other solution.

To add to this, We are getting error on a Custom table CX_S_EVT_ACT1_X Which has 4 Longtype columns and 2 varchar with size 2000.
