Enable SSL on Weblogic Server

We have Weblogic Server 10.3.5 we want to enable SSL on it to be secure connection (HTTPS), So we create self-sign certificate and applied it on our test Environment,  but while we perform testing we find that is not secured as appeared on the image.

Any one have idea about that?
