Capturing EAM Resource (Person) Rate from Payroll Data

Hi,

How to capture EAM Resource (Person) Rate from Pay roll data to charge work orders based on employee? We are expecting to charge the work orders with actual resource cost.

We can use available employee labor rate feature in EAM, but in our client environment,the employee count is more (5K - not possible to update manually whenever the CTC is revised) and also maintaining resource rates is kind of duplication of data in system.

We cannot also go with resource standard rates, because employee to employee CTC elements are going to vary.

Could some suggest how to achieve the requirement in standard or custom ?
