Difference between Standard Rate definition level of Option in Plan vs Option in Plan in Program

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

What is the difference/impact of defining a Standard Rate for a Medical/Dental/Vision plan at Compensation Object Level of Option in Plan vs Option in Plan in Program.

We are using Standard Benefits. All our current Standard Rates are defined at Option in Plan in Program level.

I am trying to create new plans using the Total Compensation Setup Wizard. When the Standard Rates get created using the wizard, it gets created as Option in Plan in the system.

1. I need to understand if there will be an impact in defining the rates at Option in Plan level vs Option in Plan in Program level. If there is, then I will define the rates manually not use the Total Compensation Setup Wizard.
