Can we add custom fields on find SR form
Hi Team,
We would like to add custom field on find service request form. Is it possible to add a customer field on find service request form and search incidents based on the value entered on the custom field.
We enter a value 'XXXXXX' on the custom field while creating a service request. Can we search incident through the value entered on the custom field, please suggest.
