Preventive Work Order Not able to See in Forecast Maintenance work Bench

Hi

I got scenario  where User wanted to create two PM Schedule explained below.

Scenario 1

PM SC 1

Asset Number : ABC123

Type : Rule Base

Activity : PM XYZ

Interval : 15 Days.

PM SC2

Asset Number : ABC123

Type : List Date

Activity : PM MNO

LIST Date : 15 Aug 2017

31 Aug 2017

I checked in Maintenance Planner Work Bench in Forecast Tab  , run Simulation for 31 Days

Not able to see any forecast ed Work Orders .

then i end dated second rule , i am able to see forecasted work order for rule bases pm sc1.

I dont know why this is happening.  system should consider both PM SC 1& 2.

Can you all help me on this.
