Canceled Receipt listed in Push Receipts to AM process

I have verified the receipt was canceled.  There is no other PO that is tied with that receipt.  The receipt cannot be loaded through the PO_RECVPUSH, however the user does not want the receipt number to be listed as a select in the drop down menu.
