Remove 9.1 Grid Format Names in 9.2

Hello,

We are upgrading to 9.2 from 9.1.  We have noticed that there are issues with the Grid Format Overrides that came over from 9.1.  I know I can detele the GD records in F98950, but how do I remove the format name from the list?  In the graphic below, Jer is a 9.1 grid format where I deleted the F98950 records.  When you select it, it just flashes and reverts back to LAURA which also is a 9.1 format.

PLease advise the table or record I need to track down for removing these names.  We had hoped that users would be able to recreate their grids with the same names from 9.1 for ease of use after go live.
