Recommended Memory Settings for Fusion Client (Java XMS, XMX)

I remembered having seen recommended settings for the XMS/ XMX parameters for JAVA when starting the the Fusion Client on the WLS. But now I seem to be unable to find those and also nothing in the installation guide or the fc admin guide.

We have an environment supporting about 40 users and are experiencing intermittent FC browser freezes.

Wondering if the Java memory is contributing to the issue and how to debug that. Anyone has a suggestion? I saw another thread also about FC freezing issue, but it did not have any replies that were helpful as of now.
