How can a user see the F0411 remarks in job status inquiry?

Job status inquiry should be the source of information for the project manager, but the transaction view only shows the F0911 entries.  The key information that a PM needs is stored in F0411 (remarks, attachments, explanation).  Has anyone figured out how to make this available to the PM via JSI?
