Xenvironment error java.lang.IllegalStateException: Already connected

Hello,

Whenever we try to start Xstore, perform a Store Close or a build update we get this error message that prevents correct usage of the system.

At startup:

Action name: startup-lead
Action class: null
Action state: ERROR
Message: Chain 'startup-lead' aborted, error was from action 'check-and-download-updates-passwds': Already connected java.lang.IllegalStateException: Already connected

When performing the nigthly closure:

Action name: check-and-download-updates
Action class: CheckUpdates
Action state: ERROR
Message: Already connected

Action name: BUSINESS_DATE_CHANGED
Action class: null
Action state: ERROR
Message: Chain 'BUSINESS_DATE_CHANGED' aborted, error was from action 'check-and-download-updates': Already connected java.lang.IllegalStateException: Already connected
