Session Control no longer allows updates to "Target Node" in "FNDCPMCP:12.0.11.12010000.8"

When we were using "FNDCPMCP:12.0.11.12010000.2", all was well.  After applying "Patch:25026041 - Release 12.1 HRMS Release Update Pack (RUP) 10", we are now using "FNDCPMCP:12.0.11.12010000.8" and this is causing problems for us.

Problem:

Navigate to Concurrent/Program/Define.

Query up any concurrent program

Click [Session Control]

The field for "Target Node" is not updatable any more .

In the earlier version of the form, "Target Node" was updateable and even presented a nice LOV list to choose from.

Is there a newer version of $FND_TOP/forms/US/FNDCPMCP.fmx that fixes this or is there some new dependency bit we need to flip?
