Report Version - Corruption

Hi,

In our JDE 9.1 environment, the report version is getting corrupted very frequently. as a solution we are re-deploying the version and it starts working fine. kindly let us know what would be the reason for the version suddenly getting corrupted. are we missing any setup/process?
