GL Reconcilation Form does not enable

Dear Expert,

When I use menu GL > Journal > Reconciliation > Reconcile, the form "Unreconciled Lines Search Criteria" appears, however, it does not allow to enter in any field and button "Search" is disabled too.

I have already setup:

(1) Qualifier Reconciliation Flag = Yes for value set Natural Account

(2) Reconciliation Flag = Yes for related combination

(3) Run request Program - Upgrade Journal Lines For Reconciliation

Please guild me how to enable this form.
