Encumbrance reversal during custom IR - IOT process

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

We are using a custom process for Internal Requisition (Inter Org Transfer), but when we the shipment is done Encumbrance reversal is not happening for this IR

Kindly let us know if we are missing anything/ if we need any additional set up during our process
