Unable to change intransit inventory account in FIFO organisation

Hello,

When creating the Organisation, there was no intransit inventory account, Now I am trying to update the field with the right account but this keeps changing back to the material account. In shipping network i specified the correct account under intransit inventory account but this does not override what is defined at the Organisation level.

Can this account be override using the intransit inventory account at the shipping network form?
