Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Able to book and ship the sales order with out inventory stock

Hello Experts,

We have an issue as below and looking forward for your inputs.

In organization parameters for organization from which we are picking the material, the check box "Allow Negative Balances" is disabled.

We have booked a sales order and shipped with out inventory balance for an item.

After that status showed in shipping transaction as "Run Interface"

We ran the interface and that delivery got stuck in transaction interface with error "Negative balances not allowed"

Still AR invoice got generated

Later on we saw the deliver status in shipping transaction and found still it there with the status as "Run Interface" only.
