Anyone getting duration and float value errors in relationship export in version 16.2?

re: Export > Spreadsheet > Activity Relationships > Lag Review. After I upgraded from 8.3 to 16.2 I saw a change in the units for duration and float from days to hours in these exports. I submitted a Service Request which they have been working for 4+ months trying to figure out. Anyone else seeing this issue?
