MRP - Generate Planned Orders Based on Lower Level Lot #

Hello,

Can MRP be configured to generate planned order messages for a parent item based on the lot # of its lower level components?  Due to the nature of our business, we have to create separate WOs for an end-item if its lower-level component has multiple lot #.  E.g. If total requirements for Parent A is 1,000 pcs, which requires 1,000 pcs of Component B.  Component B has 500 pcs on Lot #1 and 500 pcs on Lot #2.  MRP should generate two planned orders for Parent A at 500 pcs/each.  Can MRP support this?
