Media Object Viewer issue

We are facing issue with P08102B Media object viewer control (infect all forms with media object viewer).

When we run the application on the local web we are able to enter comments in Media Object viewer control, however, when we run the application on Web environment (not local web), we cannot type anything in the control. It seems the control is locked even cursor does not move to the control.

We tried all available browsers IE8, IE11, Chrome 59 (latest release).

Has anyone faced the same issue?
