Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi ,

We are Unable to do Bulk Receiving in Depot Repair for Unplanned Receipts.

Getting the below error in log:

Error : Creation of Default Logistic lines failed

Invalid transaction type ID 116. Charges does not support the changing of owner to "External".

API Error (CS_CHARGE_DETAILS_PVT.Create_Charge_Details): &TEXT.
