Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. in my local, with 'SADMIN' login, I am unable to access 'User Profile View'. Error below:

I have checked the responsibilities, view and Local Access flag set to true for SADMIN', still error, but

Other users, for example: APARKER, it is working fine.
