Incremental Counter in Siebel Workflow

Hi All,

I am looking to achieve siebel functionality via siebel workflow.

Scenario:  There is a basic approval functionality within Business requirement which needs to update few fields, however the entire functionality is cyclic(can be approved many times for a single record) . The functionality I am trying to achieve is to capture number of times the approve has done by the user for a record using a numeric based 'counter' field.

I will need to achieve the above functionality using siebel workflow. Please throw some ideas around this .
