Cannot view appraisal summary reports

I'm trying to view Appraisal Summary reports for a specific performance management plan, using the Monitor option.

When I select the Appraisal Summary tab, I don't get any report being displayed.

Is there something I'm missing?

Will appreciate any insights to this behaviour.

NB: The Scorecard Summary tab does produce reports.

My EBS version is 12.1.3.
