dropping the disk getting error

Hi All,

One my customer is trying to drop the disk but not able to get communication between cellsrv to ms.

Is there any to erase the data on hard disk on exadata 12.1.2.3.4 other than drop cell disk?

below are the information from customer:


We got new X6 storage for the X2 Exadata. We move all from X2 Storage to X6 storage.
After that we stopped old X2 storage and removed it from the Exadate rack.
But we forgot to erase the data on old storage.
Because of that we (Oracle) installed it back into rack. We didn't remove the cables and reused the old one.
