Campus Mobile Connection Error After Logging In
Hello,
I'm facing a problem with Campus Mobile lately.
The Login Page is working well. The problem occurs after I'm logged in as you can see in the printscreen below (it's translated to portuguese-br, because we are working in Brazil):
CONNECTION_ERROR_LBL:
Connection Error. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your IT helpdesk.
I really don't know what's the problem, because I already configured all the Service Operations as described in "Campus Mobile Implementation Guide" and "Setting Up Campus Mobile" docs.
Can someone help me please?
